User passwords for Xcursion Planner all run off your organisation's SSO. If you need to change your password or have forgotten your password, you will need reset this in your schools system and then be able to log back into the Xcursion Planner software.
For school administrator accounts navigate to the https://app.xcursionplanner.com/ login page and click on forgotten password. You will be sent a code to your registered email to change your password.
